This process of getting to know you involves what we enjoy doing most. We really love helping clients dive deeper into the root cause of their unhealthy behavior, weight struggles, and mental blocks that limit their ability to achieve a sense of wellbeing. Ultimately once we provide the necessary support, we can really begin working on their true transformation.

She creates a supportive, encouraging environment where strength training feels approachable, empowering, and sustainable. Her coaching focuses on building foundational strength and correcting inefficient movement patterns that often develop from inactivity or improper loading. By improving how the body moves, Shae helps clients reduce discomfort, increase resilience, and enhance both quality of life and long-term health. As a neuro divergent coach, Shae brings deep focus, creativity, and genuine care to her work. Outside the studio, she enjoys dancing, blogging, and exploring Korean culture, often helping others plan meaningful experiences that support a full, well-lived life.

With a background in physical therapy and athletic training, her training style focuses on strength training, proper body mechanics, and long term success. In her free time, she enjoys competitive cycling on road and at the Velodrome, spending time on the coast, and seeing live music.

Mary’s passion for fitness started 20 years ago on the track at Carlmont High School. She continued in college where she ran Division 1 Cross Country and Track at Northern Arizona University. After graduating, she has enjoyed learning different training methods such as Lagree, Bar Method, Pilates and Yoga. She continues to enjoy learning new forms of functional and strength training. She is excited to pass on what she has learned and support others on their journey to better health and well being.
Book A SessionAanya holds a BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Studies from the University of San Francisco and has experience working as a physical therapy aide. She works with clients who want to make lasting improvements to their health and feel strong, capable, and confident in everyday movement. Her training style emphasizes functional strength and longevity, helping clients move better in real-world situations—whether that’s lifting, carrying, walking, or staying active without pain. Aanya focuses on building strength that supports life outside the gym, not just performance inside it. Outside of Project Strong, Aanya is an avid runner, a food enthusiast, and a coffee lover who enjoys fueling both movement and connection.

She brings a strong rehabilitation background, including experience providing therapeutic exercise in clinical settings and supporting individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury. Ara works best with clients who are motivated to improve strength, mobility, and overall function. With a healer’s perspective, her coaching aims to reduce pain while also challenging clients to reach their full physical and mental potential—supporting long-term health and resilience. In addition to strength training, Ara practices Muay Thai, a discipline that has shaped her confidence, consistency, and mindset. Outside the studio, she enjoys live music, exploring new places, and learning through new experiences.

She is also a strong believer that consistency and balance are key and being able to satisfy your body while also living your life to the fullest are some of the most important elements to a healthy lifestyle. She has always lived an active lifestyle, is a former competitive half- and full marathon runner, current CrossFit athlete, and new mom who also enjoys walks with her baby and dog.
